Harris County Precinct 4 Constable deputies are investigating a shooting on Sunday afternoon along Deer Timbers Trail near Timber Forest Drive.
Investigators say the man was taken to a local hospital after getting shot in the chest.
A heavy police presence remains in the area. Officials asked the public to avoid the scene while investigators work.
Precinct 4 has not updated the man’s condition and have not released information on a possible suspect.
